In the center of the Poarta Neamului complex is the ancestral home, 100 years old, where the father of the family spent his childhood.

Today, the house is transformed into a museum that aims to share with visitors local cultural traditions and stories, passed down from one generation to another.

The old wood-fired oven has been rebuilt to prepare dishes exactly as grandma used to make them.
