The Stâncile Prutului route leads you through an exciting journey through the north-east of the Republic of Moldova, where wild nature and impressive landscapes instantly fascinate you. Located on the border with Ukraine, on this route you will discover the cliffs next to the river Prut, dense forests and areas with rich flora.

Tour details:
- The route starts in Balatina, where you can admire the picturesque landscapes of the area and prepare for the adventure ahead. From Balatina, the route continues through the localities of Borosenii Noi and Brînzeni, where you will have the opportunity to explore local life. On the way, you will cross forests, steppe areas and the banks of the Prut River.
- Along the route, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the localities of Camenca, Cobani, Druta and Duruitoarea Veche, which offer a glimpse of local traditions and impress with its historical caves and unique geological formations.
- Among the attractions of the route are the Grota and the Old Duruitoarea Veche Gorge, where Neanderthal remains and a mammoth skeleton were found, the Fetești Gorge or "Little Switzerland" with amazing views, but also the Brînzeni Gorge, full of fossils that are millions of years old for years, along with other places of natural and cultural interest.
- The route ends in the village of Viișoara, where you will have spectacular views and you will be able to explore the last portions of the natural landscape.
